CONGRATULATIONS –
THE ECOLOGICAL RESERVE-MARBELLA DUNES IS THREE YEARS OLD
For us, these have been three years of hard work of eradications and reforestations as well as of maintenance in these dunes. Great progress will be noticed in the very near future in relation to the continued maintenance of these valuable ecosystems.
These new developments are enthusiastically endorsed and supported by ProDunas as they will be more in line with the rules laid down by the Resolution issued by the Regional Ministry of the Environment on 18th September 2015, under the provisions of Article 32 of Law 8/2003 on Wild Flora and Fauna.
We would like to thank all the volunteers for their disinterested work. They always show up when they are needed. Thanks also go to the schoolchildren and the people of Marbella who have helped so much, and to Marbella Town Council for their unconditional commitment. This goes to show that everyone working together guarantees success and the survival of the dunes and their flora and fauna.
